Workshops

Learn a new skill and meet like-minded young people. 

All of our workshops are designed to accommodate children with Autism, ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, and social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Groups are kept to a maximum of six participants, and are led by a qualified Occupational therapist. 

Wild & Free Workshop

Suitable for: Group ages of  5 -9 & 10 - 16. 

Price: £60 for a 2-hour workshop. 

When: Tuesday's at 5 pm (Starting in March 2026)

What to expect...

  • Explore a range of wilderness crafts and skills
  • Group ran by 2 occupational therapists 
  • Opportunity to be 'wild & free'! in a safe environment
  • Meet like-minded children and young people

DJ Workshop

Suitable for: ages 12 - 17 with a diagnosis od Autism, ADHD or SPD

Price: £150 for the course (3 x hour workshops held weekly)

When: 5 pm Wednesdays starting on Feb 18th 2026. 

What to expect...

  • Explore beats, bars, and DJ equipment. 
  • Learn how to use a DJ controller and mix a track.
  • Record your very own mini-set! 
  • Female-led, inclusive, sensory-informed workshop.

Bat & Badger Workshop

Suitable for: ages 12 - 17

Price: £80 per 2-hour workshop

When: Every other Wednesday (April - July 2026)

What to expect...

  • Record and identify bat species with our Ecologist.
  • Learn about sound-waves and native species
  • Nature crafts to take home and treasure
  • Build 'badger dens' and learn about badger conservationism.
