Meet Your Therapist
Hi, I'm Hannah. Welcome to Reyt Wild & Free Occupational Therapy.
I started this company in 2025 with a clear mission: to offer cost-effective, non-judgmental therapeutic interventions and consultancy to everyday people. With financial pressures and waiting lists reaching all-time highs, my focus is on providing holistic support to children, their parents/carers, and educational institutions.
My approach is built on a strong foundation. I graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, and my practice is deeply personal. Having lived much of my life undiagnosed, I understand firsthand the transformative power of tailored support and purposeful activity. It’s that lived experience that informs every session and consultation.
I believe that when neurodiversity is understood and harnessed correctly, it’s a gift. I integrate my passion for the outdoors, creativity, and clinical skills into my work to encourage others to find joy and connection.
My greatest reward is helping a child shift from overwhelm to realising their unique way of operating is their strength. I’m here to work with you to help all children live fuller, more joyful lives.
Come and join the adventure!

I can’t thank Hannah enough for the support she has given us as a family and our son in starting to understand and navigate his needs. Hannah is calm, approachable and always giving of her time and knowledge. She has built up an amazing rapport with our son and he looks forward to his therapy sessions. We too feel supported and validated in our thoughts and feelings and are glad to have Hannah supporting us!
Hannah has been an exceptional support to two of my pupils with ASD. One student often became very dysregulated and could have violent outbursts, yet Hannah met him with consistent kindness, patience and a deeply nurturing approach. She explored a range of techniques that made a real difference to his ability to regulate himself and also helped him develop his gross motor skills.
She also supported another pupil with similar challenges and soon recognised that offering deep pressure before a crisis helped reduce the intensity of her escalation. Hannah’s insight, dedication and genuine care have made a meaningful and lasting difference. I am truly grateful for the positive impact she has had on both of my students.
Hannah was amazing, I have begged and begged the NHS/LA to do a sensory assessment which had been refused , Hannah was in school and recognised my child needs straight away and asked if she could work with her, she absolutely loved Hannah and the plan she made for her has made a huge difference. Thankyou Hannah your amazing!
The positive impact Hannah has had with our son progress has been brilliant, looking forward to the future progess he can make with her support!
