Health Benefits

Nervous System

Our brains weren't build for screens and a constant bombardment of stimulus. This is especially true for the ADHD, and Autistic brain. Spending time in Nature can act as a 'reset', helping your little one to feel calm and safe.

Motor Development

Differing terrains of the forest provide an opportunity for children to develop gross motor skills like walking, running, rolling, bending, jumping and climbing.

Sunshine!

'Heliotherapy' is a recognised theraputic intervention, and simply means, healing by sunshine.
